We can help you start a co-op by sharing with you our Excel files that will work as a Master Order Form. You decide if and how you want to use these files but here is what we suggest.
Send your network our Individual Co-op Order Form. We will send you this form monthly so it reflects accurately what we have in stock for that month's delivery. You will compile orders received onto the Master Co-op Order Form and send that saved copy to us. We will Invoice and Bag each family's individual order separately for your convenience. We email you a total invoice amount that reflects your 5.00% discount, and we email you each individual family's invoice amount so you can pass that amount onto your customers. All our beef will be delivered Hard Frozen and will stay sufficiently frozen until your customers pick it up that same day.
We will charge each of your customers a $2.00 delivery fee but you are charged only $10.00 for your delivery drop. Some of our co-ops have 30+ customers so the co-op manager makes that difference. You also receive a 5% discount on your order dollar volume if more $250 total, except there is NO DISCOUNT for our two types of samplers. This is not a lot of money but hopefully it helps pay you for your time and complements everything else you are doing for your people. * If your Co-Op Master dollar total is less than $250, then there is no 5% discount earned.
We are in the Metroplex monthly, the first or second Tuesday of the month, to deliver to other produce co-ops.
