Lubbock customers have no minimum order in pounds or dollars, but we do charge a $2.00 Delivery Fee per drop point if your order is less than $100.00.
D/FW metroplex and surrounding suburbs "Family Orders" pay a $7.50 Delivery Fee per Drop Point, 20 lb. minimum Drop-Point order. If several families go together for a Drop Point, each family is packed and invoiced separately and we prorate the delivery fee among the family's ordering. However, D/FW area Co-op members pay a $2.00 Delivery Fee. Each order is bagged and invoiced separately for your convenience.

Our Tenderloin Filets, Filet Tips, Boneless Ribeyes, New York Strips and Top Sirloin Steaks are Wet Aged for 2 weeks before being Vacuum Sealed. This vacuum sealing (if you have a 100% good seal) allows you to thaw in your fridge and continue the Wet Aging process if you choose for another 2-3 weeks. Wet Aging allows you a lot of flexibility as to when you choose to cook your steaks. REMEMBER: you will smell a stronger beefy oder when you open Wet Aged packages. It has not gone bad! Simply open the package and walk away for 15-30 seconds or rinse under running water to remove the odor. You then will have a wonderfully tender Wet Aged steak to enjoy. All other cuts are vacuumed sealed as well but you do not want to Wet Age them. Eat soon after thawing. The Bone Products are double shrink wrapped and then wrapped in butcher paper. We believe this will give you plenty of freezer shelf life to enjoy our Grassfed Beef.
Our Samplers are designed to offer many different beef cuts and cooking styles. Sampler 1 is reserved for New and Prospective customers only. They do not have to meet our 20 lb. minimum order for our home delivery. Sampler 2 is available to everyone, all the time. We reserve the right to make substitutions of like kind cuts to the cuts listed below.

Premium Steaks, all steaks cut 1 1/4" thick
Enjoy the robust and hearty flavor of 100% pure beef from your steaks. We personally use only spice rubs, salt and pepper ... no A1 or Heinz please (they contain unnecessary refined sugars in them). All boneless steaks are Wet Aged for 2 weeks and vacuum sealed so you can choose if you want to Wet Age them another 2-3 weeks once thawed in your fridge. We recommend you eat these Premum Steaks Medium Rare to preserve the most nutrition, flavor and tenderness. There are a lot of good enzymes in those delicious juices. Consume all of it. If you are scared of Blood, you have nothing to worry about. Once Blood leaves the capillary walls, it becomes cellular fluid called Myoglobin. The red juice in your steak is cellular fluid, not Blood. Isn't that great news; now you can enjoy your steaks cooked to a Medium Rare state and receive all the nutrition God intended for you to receive from that animal.

We recommend the Chuck, Arm, Rump and Sirloin Tip Roast be slow cooked in the crock pot or oven roasting pan at 250 degrees or the lowest crock pot setting for at least 8 hours, but preferrably 10 hours.
