Return & Refund Policy – Holy Cow Beef

At Holy Cow Beef, we take immense pride in delivering premium, ranch-raised beef directly to your door. Your satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do what we can to make it right.

Return Window

14-Day Contact Window

Due to the perishable nature of our beef products, we are unable to accept physical returns of food items. However, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any issue with your order, including damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Eligible Claims

What Qualifies for a Refund or Replacement

  • Your order arrived damaged or spoiled due to a shipping issue
  • You received incorrect items that differ from what you ordered
  • Items were missing from your shipment
  • There was a significant quality issue with the product upon arrival
Exceptions

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer error in selecting product, quantity, or shipping address
  • Product was properly delivered on time, but left unattended and spoiled
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preference alone
  • Claims submitted after 14 days from the delivery date
  • Items that were fully consumed without documentation of an issue
How to File

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide: your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Photo or video documentation is required for all damage and quality claims.

Please note: Documentation must be provided at the time of the claim. "We threw it away because it was thawed before I saw I needed photos." — Does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds

Refund Method & Timing

Once a refund is approved, we will communicate via phone or email for needed payment information. We do not store any payment information from original orders. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Replacement orders will be shipped within 2–5 business days of claim approval.

Shipping

Return Shipping

We do not require or accept return shipments of food items. We can arrange a delivery for a product swap if available. If your claim is approved, we typically handle it through a refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are never charged to the customer.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before the order has been processed for shipping or delivery. Once an order has shipped or is en route for delivery (same day as delivery), it cannot be cancelled.

Subscription orders may be cancelled or paused at any time through your account dashboard, effective for the next billing cycle.
